The challenge
Ultimate Technologies does far more than cameras. The site needed to communicate security, alarms, gates, access control, automation, A/V, cabling, and support without becoming a wall of services.
The approach
I restructured the experience around the markets they serve and the systems customers actually need, then supported it with stronger local-search structure and simpler contact paths.
The result
The finished direction feels like an established technology company while still sounding like a local business customers can actually call.
